Between:
1. PURPOSE
This Agreement outlines how SyncECard collects, stores, and protects user information, and establishes acceptable content guidelines for digital portfolios hosted or linked via SyncECard NFC cards.
2. DATA PRIVACY & NON-SHARING POLICY
SyncECard is committed to protecting User information.
- The Company will NOT sell, rent, trade, or share User personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- User information will only be used for: Account creation and management, NFC card activation, Technical support, Service-related communication.
- Data may only be disclosed: If required by law, To comply with legal obligations, To protect against fraud or misuse of services.
SyncECard implements reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect stored data.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITY – PROHIBITED CONTENT
The User agrees NOT to upload, store, or share sensitive personal information on their SyncECard digital portfolio, including but not limited to:
- Government ID numbers (Passport, Driver's License, Social Security, National ID)
- Banking or credit/debit card details
- Private authentication credentials (passwords, PINs)
- Confidential business information
- Medical records
- Sensitive personal data as defined by applicable data protection laws
The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from Users voluntarily publishing sensitive information on their profile.
4. CONTENT LIABILITY
The User is solely responsible for: the accuracy of their information, the legality of shared content, ensuring they have rights to any logos, images, or trademarks uploaded. SYNCECARD reserves the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable law.
5. SECURITY DISCLAIMER
While SyncECard takes reasonable steps to secure the platform, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. The User understands and accepts this inherent risk.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SyncECard shall not be liable for: damages resulting from user-uploaded sensitive data; misuse of information voluntarily made public by the User; third-party access beyond the Company's reasonable control.
7. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing below, the User confirms that: they understand that SyncECard does not share or sell personal data; they agree not to upload sensitive personal or confidential information; they accept responsibility for the content they publish.
