In this role, you will be responsible for enrolling students in our professional programs, handling enquiries, collecting payments, maintaining student records, resolving student matters, and achieving monthly registration targets. Specific Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in student services or enrollment management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or a related customer-facing role.
Responsible For
- Enroll students for professional training programs.
- Handle enquiries from prospective and current students via phone, email, and in person.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage and update student records in our system.
- Resolve student-related issues and provide timely support.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
