IT Support Engineer (Level 1/2) & Security Engineer

We have multiple opportunities for IT Support Engineers (Level 1 & 2) in Managed IT and Managed Security Services to provide remote support for our customers.
Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing near our Sri Lankan office in Wellawatte, as you may need to attend the office two to three days a week. A stable internet connection is required for remote work.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum two years in a similar role, preferably with a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- Employment Type: Full-time (one-year contract) with a six-month probation, potential for permanent placement.
- Training: One to two months under senior engineer supervision.
Specific Skills
- Strong understanding of Networking Concepts and Troubleshooting Skills.
- Expertise in Windows Desktop (Windows 10/11, macOS), Office Applications, Networking, and Printers.
- Windows Server/Active Directory Administration, Firewall Management & Monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD/Entra ID).
- Security-focused skills:
- Vulnerability Assessment & Management
- Incident Investigation & Response
- SOC & NOC experience
- Penetration Testing & Forensic Investigations
- Security Posture & Compliance Management
